What is St John’s Wart?
St. John’s Wart (Hypericum perforectum) is a tiny herb with a yellow blossom which is commonly used to treat mild to moderate depression. It has also been used to treat poor sleep, digestive problems, or for mild muscle pains. St. John’s Wart does have significant interactions with other medications.
