I've never had to worry about my weight......until I turned 40. Seemingly out of nowhere the scale read 15 pounds more than it ever did before! The worst was that it was all in a spare tire right around the middle.
I tried several of the popular diets with varying short term success, even started exercising more, but I couldn't make any lasting progress.
The Achieve-Life program was attractive to me because it was healthy and natural, no drugs or wacky diets and, being a numbers person, I liked the idea of seeing my progress over time. Losing the 15 pounds and keeping them off wasn’t hard because it was just a result of how I was living my life. Now I’m in better shape than I’ve ever been and feel younger than I did 10 years ago thanks to the Achieve-Life program.
